ABOUT US

Government Degree College Kalakote came into existence in 2011. The construction work of college is still in progress on 39 Kanals and 19 Marlas of land. Presently the college is limited to few subjects of ARTS. As soon the construction work of the college gets completed by the grace of God, several other subjects from various streams will be added in future.

The college is 2(F) recognized by UGC and is affiliated to University of Jammu. We believe in empowering students in such a manner that they act as a representative of a meaningful and value based society. Our pedagogy which is holistic and comprehensive, compliments this. We have a team of dedicated and fabulous professionals who display boundless energy and intense commitment which keeps ethos of our college bright.

GDC Kalakote endeavor to develop the intellectual and creative skills in students and empower them to assume leadership and social responsibilities.
